She has a small speckle of freckles across her nose area from the times she would play outside as a child. She prefers to wear rather simple clothing, often in the colors of black and white with very little deviation unless she is meeting with the royalty of another kingdom. She also wears the customary circlet that is used in the place of a crown for the Human Kingdom.
Personality: Rosalie is ruled completely by her want of order. When something goes wrong you can find her having a miniature panic attack in an undisclosed corner. She hates loud noises and thus doesn’t like to house balls all that often, but will if the need arises. She is also keen on peace and is willing to try and avoid getting into any sort of conflict if at all possible, though she is known to be deadly with a sword if it is called for. She is somewhat paranoid of those around her because she has lost some many to a mysterious illness. She tries to keep all her insecurities under wraps as she rules so that she does not frighten her people.

History: Rosalie has been queen of the Human Kingdom since she turned twenty after her father passed away of an unknown illness (her mother had died during childbirth). She tries her hardest to live up to her family name, and make sure that no wars happen again, as she holds Peace Circle City very close to her heart because of what it stands for, as well as her kingdom. She had once had a fiancé but ended up losing him to the same illness that struck her father, thus her reason for being paranoid was born. She hopes that one day she will overcome her insecurities and rule without them making her as jumpy as she is in her private life.
